At Xplore Holidayz, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, taking into account both domestic and international trips. The policy varies based on the destination category and time of cancellation.
Domestic & Regional Travel Destinations
(Includes India, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, and similar
Cancellation Charges:

| 31 Days or more | Booking Amount is non-refundable; balance eligible for credit note |
| 30 to 16 Days | 50% of the total package cost; balance eligible for credit note |
| 15 Days or less | 100% of the total package cost (no refund) |
Airfare cancellation charges will apply separately as per airline policy.
No refunds will be provided for non-refundable services included in the package.
5% GST will be charged on the total cancellation amount.
Cancellation policy is fixed and non-negotiable.
